Dear Alano club Members,
A huge thanks to all of those that supported the (2nd Chance Prom). We estimated that we raised at least as much as we spent or more and that is what I call a great success.
A special thanks goes to Christa for the spectacular silent auction baskets, Fred for the Photo booth and capturing special moments, Jackie and Cheryl for the finishing touches food and decorations, Tommy, TJ and Barbara for set up and take down, Roy for providing the props.
Last the gal that was the brainchild behind this one is… Jo…. I’ve never seen such a smooth execution to one of our events. Everything was thought of. She’s real delight to watch. Her calm demeanor and pleasant attitude made the evening.
We had so much fun dancing to the music, laughing in the parking lot and snacking all evening.
The priceless moment and very funny was when we crowned King and Queen of our Prom. John because he never stopped dancing with his sunglasses on, and Christa because it was a no brainer she was just simply awesome.
Do we ever grow up? ……. We better hope not!!!!!
