The President is the chief executive officer of the Corporation and has general supervision, direction and control of the business of the Corporation. The President presides over all Board meetings, the Secretary’s Meetings and the General Membership Meeting. The President is an ex-officio member of all of the Board’s sub-committees. The President oversees everything associated with the Club: finances, repairs, maintenance, fundraisers, conflicts with meetings, events, website content, security issues, etc. The President enforces all PAC rules and ensures that the Board upholds its By-Laws and other policies. The President has further powers and responsibilities as determined by the Board of Directors.

President Emeritus: Gwenev’re Mc

The President Emeritus serves in an advisory role to the president and BOD and provides guidance and expertise as a knowledgeable member of the BOD. He/She advises on past practices and operations in accordance with the BOD bylaws upon request.

Vice President: Chuck H.

The Vice-President performs all the duties and responsibilities of the President in the case of the President’s absence or disability. The Vice President acts as the Board Parliamentarian, is responsible for Membership Growth and has further powers and responsibilities as determined by the Board of Directors.  Also, currently overseeing website maintenance, updates, I.T. issues and supply vendors.

Recording Secretary: Julie B.

The Recording Secretary keeps a complete and accurate record of the minutes of all monthly Board meetings and provides each member of the Board with a copy of said minutes. The Recording Secretary keeps the minutes of the Secretary’s meetings and the General Membership Meeting. The Recording Secretary keeps a register of each member’s name and contact information and ensures that the register is confidential. The Recording Secretary gives announcements of the General Membership Meeting and any other information that would be of interest to the members. The Recording Secretary keeps records of all Corporation documents and has further powers and responsibilities as determined by the Board of Directors.

Treasurer: Tom P. (2013)

Member @ Large: Chuck H. – Meeting Performance
The Treasurer keeps complete and accurate financial records of the Corporation. The Treasurer collects and deposits all income and pays all expenses. The Treasurer and the President are jointly authorized to remove or transfer funds from the Club’s savings account. The Treasurer gives monthly financial reports all all Board meetings and creates an annual financial report at the end of each fiscal year. The Treasurer meets with the Club’s accountant to provide financial records and explanations for the Club’s tax returns. The Treasurer has further powers and responsibilities as determined by the Board of Directors.
